All proceeds accumulated from these retail vendors and various services are merely special fundraising drives set-up as a means of additional fundraising avenues. By doing so, this will add more capital to assist financially where it’s needed most in these third-world and undeveloped countries worldwide that are in dire need.
As a charitable entity under section 501©3 of the Federal Internal Revenue Code, we shall uphold all requirements in accordance to a Federal Tax-Exempted status organization, and no parts of its net earning inures to the benefit of any members or individuals of this organization.
These special fundraising drives funds will benefit AWMF and, thereby, shall be set-up to be transferred directly into the organization’s business account, to be added as capital on hand to meet our organizational short-term and long-term goals.
