Dear Prospectus Donors and Sponsors

The purpose of Angelic World Mission Foundation is a non-profit corporation, established to operate exclusively as a public charity status entity, relying on its operational revenue receiving from key sources of solicitations: donations pledged, contributions from an array of sponsors/corporate partners, event venues and various fundraising programs. In turn, the flows from these activities are expected to generate a level of financial revenue, so as to further the organization’s continuous growth and pursuit of its short-term and long-term goals. And as we move forward with intentions of honesty, the corporation will conduct its business in accordance with the rules and regulations that govern a legal non-profit corporation, adhering to the formalities and compliances of a Federal Tax-Exempt Incorporation, and operating within the guidelines of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law. No part of the organization’s earnings will be used for the benefit of private shareholders; nor will it operate for the benefit of private interests, nor their families, or persons controlled directly or indirectly by such private interest.

As the President & CEO of the Angelic World Missions Foundation, I am called to be an AMBASSADOR FOR THE LORD to share my blessings with others. When I was given the wonderful opportunity to visit Malawi, Africa on a mission trip some years ago, which is one of the top 10 poorest countries in the world, it allowed me to experience their way of life firsthand and it gave me a real in-site on how the people that lived in these remote villages survived. At that point, I was sincerely touched, because it not only changed my life but also gave me a renewed outlook of God’s appreciation of His many blessings that He has freely given me and to all of us. This turning point helped me to realize how much we have here in the United States, how much we waste and how much we take for granted.The things that we think are not good enough for us here in United States, which is on the contrary, one of the top 10 riches countries in the world, would certainly put a smile on that person’s face and bring hope and joy to those who are in desperate need of survival. May we be encouraged and let this year be a step of action and a new beginning for a dedication of giving. When we give generously, as the Lord’s Word so eloquently expresses to us (Proverbs 19:17), which says, “He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the Lord; and that which he hath given will He pay him again.” So, let us be reminded, that God’s goodness will surely shine through us.

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Angelic World Missions Foundation means, ONE CLICK AWAY = BUILDING FINANCIAL PROSPERITY. It gives me gratification to assist those who are not only in dire need but are so vulnerable and have such little voice to speak for themselves. Now, I CAN AND WE ALL CAN speak for them by giving back and sharing our blessings with them, especially knowing that these people are virtually the forgotten people of the world. Our gifts given will make an impactful difference for those struggling families who need us more now than ever before. Just imagine, drinking diseased-parasite ridden water and turning it into clean healthy water by providing wells in public areas and distribute LifeStraw community water filters that removes 99.9% bacteria and parasites; imagine the sick with no health insurance and turning it around by providing free medical clinics and funding of doctor education and training; imagine having little or no food and turning it around by providing food banks and feeding programs with nutritious balance meals; and imagine not having access to the knowledge of God’s Word and turning it around by providing the gospel through children/adult programs, bible study and funding of seminary education and teaching. With God all things are possible, and we no longer must imagine but by faith we can take the first step of action today, so it becomes reality tomorrow.

Addressing Extreme Poverty in the
World's
Most Underdeveloped Regions

We are commissioned to be one of the inclusive primary fundraiser foundations geared towards helping some of the most poorest third world and the least undeveloped countries in the world as ranked among the statistical calculations based on the “GDP ”(Gross Data Per Capita) World Atlas Data. These people are virtually the deprived and forgotten people of the world who are living in extreme inadequate conditions far below the poverty line because of many reasons, but some of the reasons that are attributing to high rates are listed below:
  • HIV
  • Malaria
  • Dysentery
  • Bilharzias
  • Inadequate access to safe drinking water
  • Improper sanitation
  • Chronic malnutrition from living conditions and extreme hardship, that falls below the poverty level, and their families are unable to afford to support them; and
  • More recently, many have suffered from the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Also, many of the inhabitants living in the various remote villages, located in the rural areas of their country are living in extreme inadequate conditions, such as:

Our organization is optimistic that by assisting in providing the essential means of livelihood to some of the most poorest countries in the world, that it will show a positive transformation many years ahead in their lives and by allowing them to pursue a productive lifestyle. We are committed in helping these countries to reduce these inhabitants’ hardships that are in dire need and are presently living below the poverty level and living in extreme poverty.
Our organization looks forward in the expectation of a path that leads to a journey of success and continuous growth. However, in order for us to do what needs to be accomplished by providing continuous food, clothing, shelter and clean water for these countries, we need your heartfelt compassion by sharing your giving and freely contributing in helping these countries.
We have a cause that we sincerely care about. Now, we just need your help towards this cause so we can provide the basis for these countries’ essential survival living needs and assist in developing their structural progressive growth.
